About Elizabeth

A former teacher and computer programmer, Elizabeth is a graduate of the McDougall 12-Week program as well as the McDougall Starch Solution Facilitator program.

She has been helping people with online marketing and website development for 4 years.

She realized the best way for her to help change lives through the whole-food plant-based way of eating was to use her marketing expertise to help WFPB coaches design and build their businesses.

And along the way, help these coaches increase their impact as well as their income.

Client Testimonials

I had the joy of participating in a business mastermind group with Elizabeth and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a business coach. Elizabeth is insightful, business savvy, and easy to talk to. She also has an amazing, calming aura about her that is so important to have in a business coach. I would put my trust in her to guide me in business decisions and recommend her to anyone looking for a business mentor.
Rebecca
Elizabeth built my website and set up Mailchimp to respond to new clients and set up information calls with potential new clients. She then set up what she called a "nurture sequence" of emails designed to keep the people on my email list engaged and to alert them to specials and events. She was always available when I needed help and taught me how to update these things so I could do them myself and not have to pay someone else to do them. If you have a chance to work with Elizabeth, do it!
